The Nim-Cor Roll Restorer has been designad and produced for salvaging crushed rolls of paper, film, foil. plástic, board and other types of roll stock. This unique device is a mobile unit which can be easily transported to your crushed rolls. Units are available to handle any rolls with inside diameler cores ranging from 2" to 12" in lengths up to 120". (For larger diameter cores or longer lengths consult the manufacturer). The Nim-Cor Roll Restorer unit consists of an air operated hydraulic pump, a 20-ton hydraulic ram with expander head housing, bar-lock assembly, 1" diameter alloy steel bar, and a cart which supports the unit during operation and serves as a mobile storage vehicle. An expanden head and adapten flange are added for each core size as required. Two sizes of units are available. A standard model for cores ranging from 2" to 8" I.D. and a heavy duty unit for larger core sizes up to 12" I.D, The heavy duty unit is capable of handling the full range of core sizes (2-12"). The hydraulic system is capable of exerting a direct pulí of up to 20 tons on the expander head.
